Crucial to their mission is the ability to provide the right material, at the right time. Although a shared drive was being used to house sales and marketing assets, finding the appropriate material was time consuming and difficult. With nowhere else to turn, sales increasingly had to rely on marketing to locate material, resulting in inefficiencies, reduced productivity and gaps in lead nurturing.

A chance encounter with Enablix, at a marketing event, put the wheels in motion for Envision Consulting to centralize assets in a single place. While watching the demo, Eduardo Ulloa, Marketing Director at Envision Consulting, saw firsthand the product’s ease-of-use and how its capabilities could enhance the efficiency of sales and marketing. When compared to pricey Marketing CRM software, the purchasing decision was simple. With all systems a go, integration to Envision Consulting’s Microsoft OneDrive took place and the system was deployed. The first phase of asset centralization includes storing not only typical sales and marketing content such as solution briefs, playbooks, fact sheets, brochures, etc., but blogs, email templates and YouTube videos – and not only their own videos, but those of their partners.

As new material is brought into the hub, it’s appropriately categorized. This single source of trusted assets has simplified content discovery, enriching marketing activities and sales enablement.
